After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate remedy in accordance with law in the nature of bail application including interim bail application considering that examinations of the Petitioners' son are starting from 7.5.2026. It is expected that if such an application / interim application is made, the concerned competent Court shall take into account all the circumstances including ensuing examinations of the Petitioners' son. With these observations, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
