This petition is filed for quashing of the Look-Out Circular issued against the petitioner at the instance of the respondent No.4 i.e. the Directorate of Enforcement in connection with ECIR No. MBZO-I/36/2025.

Learned Special P.P appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 as well as learned Special P.P for the respondent No.4 make joint statement on instructions that the said Look-Out Circular arising out of the same subject matter is already withdrawn. The statement is recorded and accepted.

In view of the statement, nothing further survives in this petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of. 2/3
