A purely civil dispute is being attempted to be given the colour of a criminal act. A prayer for registration of an FIR by way of a direction from this Court under its Writ jurisdiction is sought by the Petitioner, which is contrary to the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sakiri Vasu v/s. State of Uttar Pradesh and Ors.1 and Sudhir Bhaskarrao Tambe v/s. Hemant Yashwant Dhage and Ors.2 AIR 2008 SC 907 (2016) 6 SCC 217 Gauri Gaekwad

In view of the above, this Petition is dismissed for default.
