In this case, we had issued Notice to the Respondents vide the Order dated 5th May, 2026. Till today, spare copies were not supplied and therefore, Notice were not sent to the Respondents. Today, Mr. Satyaram R. Gaud, learned Counsel appears before the Court and informs that the Petitioner had taken away the brief from him and has also taken his no objection for filing Vakilpatra of some other Advocate. Till today, no other arrangement is made. Even the Petitioner is not present. In this situation, Writ Petition No.2420 of 2026 is dismissed for non-prosecution.
