The chargesheet has already been filed before the Trial Court with reference to FIR No.152, registered on 25th March, 2025 with the Vikhroli Police Station.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition, since the Petitioner has already filed an Application before the Trial Gauri Gaekwad

25.WP-2426-2026.odt Court with regard to the preservation of the CDR and SDR data in relation to the Petitioner's cell phone, in addition to the CCTV footage.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
