By this Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive relief :- "That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the said FIR i.e. FIR bearing number 0067 of 2026 registered on 16th February, 2026 with Worli Police Station u/s. 74, 75, 78, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023" 3.
