The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that insofar as registration of an FIR is concerned, the Petitioner would approach the appropriate authority by lodging a complaint under Section 175(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') .

With regard to the law and order situation in front of the warehouse operated by the Petitioner, the Petitioner desires to deposit the requisite fees with the concerned Police Station and prays for adequate Police Bandobast. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that if the Petitioner complies with the requisite procedure and deposits the requisite fees as are chargeable, the authorities would ensure that law and order situation is maintained. 4.
