Heard Mr. Shinde, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Shinde, learned Counsel seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition on the instructions of the Petitioner, who is personally present in Court. He tenders writing dated 11th June 2026 executed by the Petitioner stating that the Petitioner do not want to prosecute the Writ Petition. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
