This Petition is moved on the ground of urgency being that the corpus is a 1 year and 9 months, feeding child whose custody has been taken away from the Petitioner (mother) by the Respondent No.2 which is the Petitioner's case. Despite police complaints, no action came to be taken towards securing the custody of the child. Whereabouts of Respondent No.2 are unknown. It is, in these circumstances, the Petitioner has moved before the Vacation Court. 2.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and the learned APP for the Respondent No.1/ State. 3.

Issue Notice to the Respondents. Ms Supriya Kak, learned APP, Chitra Sonawane.

It is directed that the corpus shall be produced before this Court on the next date.
