Learned counsel for the Petitioner argued this matter before this Court at length. During the course of argument, he fairly informed the Court that the Petitioner's father i.e. the detenue has already filed the bail application, in the present subject matter, in this Court. He seeks permission to withdraw this petition and seeks liberty to agitate all the issues raised in this petition in respect of non compliance of the provisions under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in the said bail application.

Liberty is granted. The Petitioner is at liberty to raise all the issues in the pending bail application before this Court. It is needless to add that the bail application will have to be decided in accordance with law.
