In this Writ Petition, the relief sought is the expeditious hearing and disposal of the interim relief application filed in Domestic Violence Case No.305 of 2025 before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 22nd Court, Andheri, Mumbai.

Mr. Gala, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to file an application before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate seeking expeditious disposal of the interim relief application filed in the said Domestic Violence Case No.305 of 2025.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
