By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantial relief :- "(a) The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to order the Quashing and Setting Aside of FIR No.170/2020 registered at Kamothe Police Station, Navi Mumbai, Charge under Sections 501, 502(2), 506 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 66© of the Information Technology Act, 2000, along with all proceedings emanating there from, in the interest of justice." 2.

Mr. Satti Narasimha Reddy, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on the instructions from the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition.
