P.C.:- 1) Heard Mr. Badgujar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Ms. Yadav, learned APP for the State.

2) Mr. Badgujar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, on instructions from the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition.

3) Mr. Badgujar submits that the Petitioner is citizen of Portugal and, therefore, requests that Sessions Case No. 118 of 2024 be expedited. 4) In view thereof, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file an appropriate application before the learned Sessions Court seeking expeditious hearing of Sessions Case No. 118 of 2024. If such an application is filed, the learned Sessions Judge shall consider and decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5) Mr. Badgujar further submits that the Petitioner's passport is due for 1/2

Thus, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file an appropriate application seeking suitable relief at the appropriate stage and the same will be considered in accordance with law, on its own merits. 6) In view of the statement made, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
