Both learned counsel submit that, the matter has been settled out of Court. Both learned counsel tendered Consent Terms, it is taken on record. The applicant and respondent present in court, this court inquired with them both agreed that matter is settled out of the court, and they agreed the terms and conditions mentioned in the Consent Terms and identified their signatures on it. The Consent term is taken on record and marked 'x' for identification.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and in view of the Consent Terms, I pass following order. This order is corrected in view of speaking to the minutes order dated 12th March, 2026.

O R D E R
(i) Revision Application is allowed and disposed of. (ii) The applicant is acquitted from the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.
(iii) Respondent No.2 is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by applicant before the Trial Court. 4.
In view of disposal of revision application, the interim application no. 704 of 2026 stands disposed of. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) This order is corrected in view of speaking to the minutes order dated 12th March, 2026.
