Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in clauses (ii) and (iii) of operative order dated 6th March 2026, certain inadvertent errors have crept in. Hence, the clauses (ii) and (iii) operative part of the said order be corrected as under:

"(ii) The applicant is acquitted from the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881. (iii) Respondent No.2 is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant before the Trial Court" 3.
