By this Application, the Applicant is challenging the permission given to the Respondent to travel aboard. 2.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant that the allegations against the Applicant are serious in nature. If the permission is given, the Applicant may abscond and requested to allow the Application.

It is contention of learned counsel for Respondent No.2 that on earlier two occasions the Applicant was permitted to travel abroad. He is citizen of India. He has movable and immovable properties in India. He will not abscond.

The learned APP submit that appropriate order be passed. 5.

As the Applicant is earlier permitted to travel abroad and he returned to India. He is citizen of the India. The Applicant shall provide all the information about his stay in abroad and contact numbers to the Investigating Officer and I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Application is rejected.
