After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr Ryan Menezes, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Bail Application with permission to file a fresh Bail Application if there is no substantial progress in the trial within a period of six months from today.

2. The prosecution is directed to furnish the trial programme before the Trial Court within one week from today. In any case, since five witnesses have already been examined, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
