1. Ms Kamat, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has tendered her reply with copy to the learned counsel for the Applicant. The same is taken on record.
2. Ms Kamat at the very outset stated that the nature of the evidence in the present matter is direct evidence. She states that the prosecution intends to examine in all 26 witnesses, out of which 12 witnesses have already been examined and that the trial is likely to conclude within a short time.
3. In view of the aforesaid statement, Mr Lawande, learned 10th April, 2026
901 CRMAB 4 2026 counsel appearing for the Applicant on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application.
