In paragraph No.3, in sentence "It is claimed by Appellant that subject properties are mortgaged by MSR Foods and such mortgage has been created much prior to the period of crime wherein there is alleged non-refund of the deposits", the words "MSR Foods" be deleted and after the words "mortgaged by", following sentence be added "their borrowers in the accounts of Balaji Stake rice Industries Limited and Balaji Stake rice Industries." After corrections, the corrected sentence shall read thus:

On page No.5 in 14th line of the aforesaid judgment, the words "M/s MSR Foods" be corrected and replaced with the words "Balaji Stake Rice Industries Limited and Balaji Stake Rice Industries".

The aforesaid corrections be carried out and the corrected judgment be uploaded.
