Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Ms. Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that by order dated 25th March 2026 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court, leave was granted to the Applicant to convert the present Bail Application into the Appeal. The said amendment was to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of the said order, however, the same has not been till date. She further submits that she requires further two weeks' time to carry out amendment. 3.

Time to carry out amendment is extended by a period of two weeks from today. No further extension shall be granted. 4.

Amended copies of the Appeal to be served on the Respondents on or before the next date of hearing.

Stand over to 28th April 2026.
