JANUARY 8, 2026 Having heard for some time, it is evident that the petitioner has an alternative and equally efficacious remedy under Section 175 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioner may approach appropriate Court, if so desired.

2] The petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the above liberty.

3] After passing order, the Counsel for the petitioner submits that the officer concerned has conducted preliminary enquiry and cognizable offence is disclosed, however, action has been not taken. 4] This submission ought not to have been made once order was passed. Having unnecessarily made the aforesaid submission, the petition stands dismissed with liberty as mentioned above.
