The petitioner has approached the Court with a grievance that the amount of personal bond and cash surety is excessive. 2.
Respondent No.1, while allowing the furlough leave, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall furnish personal bond of Rs.30,000/- as also cash surety of equal amount. In addition, he is required to furnish surety of relative for Rs.50,000/-. 3.
Learned A.P.P. submits that subsequent to filing the petition, the petitioner has approached the jail authorities with a request to reduce the amount of surety to Rs.20,000/- each, which the respondents are ready to accept.

Learned counsel for the petitioner assents to the above. 5.
That being so, order impugned stands modified by reducing the amount of each surety to Rs.20,000/-. The parties shall act accordingly.
