The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the order impugned is just a proposal for passing final order, the final order is yet to be passed.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the Court if aggrieved by the final order. She, however, submits that the respondents are not extending benefits to the petitioner on account of pendency of the aforesaid matter. 4.
Considering above status, we are of the view that the purpose of filing this petition will be served if we direct respondent No.1 to take final decision within three weeks from today. Order accordingly. The decision shall be conveyed to the petitioner who may take recourse to the remedy as is available in law.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
