The challenge is to action of debit freezing the petitioner's account.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigating agency has now de-freeze the account with lien marked over the disputed amount. 4.

The action of marking lien is in terms of second prayer made by the petitioner. Thus, the purpose of filing petition has been served. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
