By order dated 14.01.2026, this Court observed inaction on the part of respondent No.3 in not lodging the FIR, despite the issue being covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Dr. Jayant Vasantanrao Awchar vs. State of Maharashtra and others. Respondent No.3 is, therefore, directed to file an affidavit explaining the inaction on his part.

As far as respondent Nos.4 to 6 are concerned, the notice is still awaited. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the unserved respondents by all available modes of service,
