Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in identical matter i.e. Criminal Writ Petition No.897/2025, this Court was pleased to grant stay, considering the fact that the respondent could not have debit-freezed the account under Section 94 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 r/w Sections 4 and 8 of Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999.

Learned APP shall furnish to the respondent the aforesaid order, who shall then take corrective steps.
