The prayer is to direct the respondents to reconstruct the missing record of A-Summary Report No.73/2012 pertaining to Crime No.277/2009.

When enquired, counsel for the petitioner submits that the record is to be reconstructed by respondent No.3. When further enquired, whether the petitioner approached respondent No.3 with a request to reconstruct the record, the counsel answered in negative. 3.

That being so, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No.3 for appropriate relief. 4.

If the application for reconstruction of record is filed, the respondent No.3 shall decide it as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

In terms of above, petition is disposed of.
