The petitioner challenges the order dated 14.06.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Akola in E-Petition No.4/2022 granting interim maintenance by order dated 14.06.2023 and the present petition is filed on 21.01.2026 i.e. almost after two and half years.

In view of above, I am not inclined to grant any relief in view of the fact that the petition is hit by delay and laches, hence the petition is dismissed.
