By this present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 19.01.2026 passed by the respondent No.3 Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur wherein the stay to the impugned order passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police Zone-5 is rejected, wherein the petitioner was externed.

The learned APP on instructions makes a statement that the matter is fixed on 28.01.2026 and the matter would be decided till 30.01.2026.

Statement is accepted.

In view of above, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
