JANUARY 29, 2026 The petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents to transfer investigation in First Information Report No. 20/2013, and Final Report No. 86/2013.

3] That being so, since the trial Court is seized of the matter, the petitioner may approach the trial Court for appropriate relief. The request, if made, shall be considered by the trial Court on its own merits. 4] With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
