The petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent No.5 to conduct a fair, proper and time bound investigation in the offence registered by respondent No.5 being Crime No.128/2025 with a further direction to submit final report.

Learned A.P.P. submits that the investigation is completed and 'C-Summary' has been filed on 31.12.2025. 3.

That being so, nothing survives in the petition. The petitioner, however, is at liberty to avail remedy as is available in law. 4.
