The respondents shall place on record the copy of order of conferment of powers as also approval of detention order passed under Section 3 of the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities Act, 1981 (for short, "the Act of 1981"), so also order of confirmation passed under Section 12 of the Act of 1981. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPW) NO. 41/2026 By present application, the applicant is seeking to dispense with typed copies of faint and shabby pages of documents.

In our view, it will be in the interest of all the concerned that legible copies are filed that would facilitate the Court as well as to decide the issue. 3.

The application is accordingly rejected.
