In response to previous order, learned A.P.P. submits that respondent No.3 is monitoring the investigation and, in fact, has constituted a Special Investigating Team to trace the petitioner's son. He further submits that he had on previous occasion also left the house. Nonetheless, every endeavor is being taken to trace him out. 2.
With the above development, in our view, the purpose of filing petition is served because the petitioner is seeking status report of the investigation in Crime No.1/2025, which is registered at petitioner's instance stating that his son is missing. The respondents had assured that endeavor will be taken to trace him out. 3.
We direct respondent No.3 to apprise the development in the investigation fortnightly to the petitioner. 4.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
