FEBRUARY 25, 2026 On 3/2/2026, following order was passed :

"Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 25.02.2026.

Shri A.B.Badar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3.

Petitioner is permitted to serve respondent no.4, by all available modes of service including Court notice.

In the meantime, Respondent No. 2 may consider the transfer of the investigation to a police station other than the Durgapur Police Station, Dist. Chandrapur."

2] In response, the learned A.P.P., on instructions, submits that the investigation has been transferred to Ramnagar Police Station, Chandrapur. 3] The Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the development.
