By this Petition, the Petitioners are seeking quashing and setting aside the order dated 20.12.2025 passed by the 27th Civil Judge Senior Division and ACJM, Nagpur in S.C.C. No. 4211/2018.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners to some extent and perused the impugned order and found no illegality in passing the order. In view of that, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, submitted that an opportunity of cross-examining the witness be granted to him. 3.

In view of that, the learned 27th Civil Judge Senior Division and ACJM, Nagpur shall grant an opportunity to the present Petitioners/original accused to cross-examine the witness namely Neeraj Narendrakumar Gour by giving him sufficient opportunity.

In view of above direction, Writ Petition is disposed of.
