The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the request for parole has been rejected on the ground that there is no serious ailment. She further submits that the petitioner has obtained medical certificate indicating seriousness of the ailment. The petitioner seeks permission to place the same before respondent No.2.

Permission, as sought, is granted. The petitioner shall furnish the documents to respondent No.2 within one week from today. Respondent No.2 shall consider the same and process the request in accordance with the Maharashtra Prisons (Furlough And Parole) Rules, 2024, within the stipulated time.

The petition is disposed of in terms of above. 04.
