Having heard for some time, the purpose of filing petition will be served, if the petitioner is allowed to approach Additional Sessions Judge-2, Yavatmal to decide the appeal expeditiously. If such request is made, the Additional Sessions Judge-2, Yavatmal shall consider the same in the light of the apprehension of the petitioner that the trial pending before Additional Sessions Judge-1, Yavatmal being Sessions Trial No. 13/2022 will proceed further without there being finality as regards status of petitioner of facing trial as juvenile or adult.
