The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to not unlawfully obstruct the running of licenced establishment - Lorex Video Game Parlour, Hinganghat and to not take coercive action against the petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the First Information Report (FIR) was lodged against the petitioner with respondent nos. 2 and 3 - police stations. He submits that lodging FIR cannot be be termed as unlawful obstruction. He further submits that prayer for order to not take coercive steps will adversely affect the investigation. Thus, according to him, petition itself is not maintainable.
