By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to hear and decide the application for interim relief under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 filed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 1299/2026. While passing the order on 13.03.2026, this Court has already observed that 22nd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur shall dispose of the application expeditiously which is filed by the present petitioner.

In view of that nothing further remains in the petition and hence, in view of the directions given by this Court, 22nd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur shall decide the application expeditiously.

With this, the petition is disposed off.
