Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he and respondent no. 6 performed marriage on 15-4-2024. On the second day of marriage, respondent no. 6 was called to her parental house on account of ill health of her mother (respondent no. 3). Thereafter respondent no. 6 met petitioner, however, some family members accompanied her. She was ultimately taken in custody and detained and is not allowed to cohabit with the petitioner. The petitioner made an attempt to get her custody by filing petition for restitution of conjugal rights. Her parents, however, are not permitting her to appear before the Family Court.

On the strength of aforesaid submissions, which we will test in due course, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 15-4-2026.
