1.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in two weeks. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that order dated 30.12.2025, passed by State Government under Section 3(2) of the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug-Offenders, Dangerous Persons, Video Pirates, Sand Smugglers and Persons Engaged In Black Marketing Of Essential Commodities, Illegal Gambling, Illegal Lottery and Human Trafficker Act, 1981, by which powers of the State Government have been conferred upon the officers below, has been quashed and set aside by this Court vide order dated 01.04.2026 in Writ Petition No.73/2026. 3.

Argument is that the order impugned, which is dated 25.03.2026, is based on the order dated 30.12.2025 and, therefore, is unsustainable.

4.

Learned A.P.P. shall take instructions and file reply accordingly.
