The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an alternate efficacious remedy to challenge the order dated 11.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur in Cri. Misc. Application No.606/2026 under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, therefore he does not want to prosecute the present matter and seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
