The learned counsel for the respondents informs this Court that final proceedings i.e. Petition No. E-380/2019 has been disposed of by passing final order dated 17/04/2026 by the Family Court No.4, Nagpur thereby granting final maintenance to the wife. 3.

In view of above, nothing survives in the petition, hence the same is disposed of accordingly.
