In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach appellate authority under Rule 16 of the Maharashtra Prisons (Furlough and Parole) Rules, 2024.

Fees of the counsel appointed for petitioner be quantified and paid as per the rules.
