By this petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to the respondent-authorities to grant him police protection. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is threats to life of the petitioner if he enters the village Deulgaon Sakarsha, Tah. Mehkar, District Buldhana. 2.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner placed on record one copy of the application which was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Fist Class, Mehkar, Dist. Buldhana.

The Police Station Officer, Police Station, Tah. Mehkar, District Buldhana shall submit a report before this Court considering the apprehension raised by the petitioner in the said petition. 4.
