The challenge pertains to order dated 03.02.2026 passed by the Family Court granting interim maintenance to petitioners (two daughters aged 8 and 12 years). By said interim order, the learned Judge, Family Court No.5, Nagpur has granted Rs.5000/- each to the daughters.

It appears from the proceedings that petitioner nos.2 and 3 are residing with petitioner no.1 [mother] who is a government servant. In such circumstances, as there is no perversity pointed out in Rgd.
Order 100426wp281.26 the interim order and the Family Court has rightly passed the same, I am not inclined to entertain the petition. Criminal Writ Petition is therefore, rejected. JUDGE Signed by: R.G. Dhuriya (RGD) Designation: PS To Honourable Judge Date: 10/04/2026 15:38:06 Rgd.
