After hearing the learned Counsel for the Petitioner when we have shown our disinclination to entertain the Petition in view of Rule 14 of the Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the Petition with liberty to again approach to the Competent Authority for the special Parole.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Competent Authority with a prayer of special Parole.
