The learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the petition. He however, submits that so far as the costs which was awarded by the trial Court, the petitioner may be permitted to deposit the same in two installments.

Permission granted. Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner is permitted to deposit an amount of Rs.31000/- in two installments i.e. first installment of Rs.15000/- on 14.05.2026 and second installment of Rs.16000/- on 21.05.2026.
