By this petition, the petitioner seeks directions to release motorcycle bearing registration No.MH-40/W/5034 (Bajaj Discover).

Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner has already paid fine amount and his vehicle is already released. He submits that he has made the said statement on the basis of telephone instructions received by him. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 4.
In view of the statement made by learned APP for the State, the criminal writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
