Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that yesterday in the evening, he has received a communication from the Senior Police Inspector, Cyber Police Station, Nagpur City, Nagpur addressing to the Nodal Officer, Manager, Kotak Mahindra Bank for de-freezing account of the present petitioner. In view of that, nothing survives in the petition.

In view of the statement made on the basis of instructions and the communication received by the petitioner , the present criminal writ petition is disposed of as nothing survives in the petition.
